A warm hello to all.
I remember when I was a kid my mother used to convince me to write a diary telling me how fascinating it is when you read it after a while. Everytime I would start writing I would disappear in the middle and the diary would be left alone. Just couldn’t quite adapt the habit, although I am in love with the aftermath. Guess same struck here, but I’m back and hope to be here. It’s quite an experience for me to be in touch with all you guys. Cheers to you all.
Besides my innate lethargic nature towards writing what’s happening in my life, I think it was also the big depression period that all of us went through as a nation in the recent past. Since I was a child all we’ve been listening to is “things are going to be better now.. country is on the right track” Well it’s a pretty damn long track we’ve chosen I’d say or perhaps has been chosen for us! Anyway hope is something we can’t lose so here’s to hope. Hope this new government will not shed our hopes.
Besides that, I finally went for a vacation in life where I wasn’t working. 7 days of nonstop fun. Dubai it was. Movies I saw in this time worth mentioning I’d say were…… Sting, Taaray Zamen per, Fight Club (again), Blow (again), saw one last night Edwin Norton and Matt Demon.. can’t remember the name.. was on poker. Anyway the most exciting bit for me is my own studio. That’s my hiding point. That’s all where I wanna be all day all night, working on the new album. Any suggestions?
Besides that I checked out that guy who has sung dekha and my other songs and put em on the site… sweet. love his style in his picture and read your comments too.
Table tennis is the game for me for now. Tired of having Zain beat me everytime. He’s played too much of it earlier on in life. Gotta catch up.
And its 4 am once again. I’ve tried so hard but can never fix my routine. Wonder if all the people from our fraternity have the same problem. Gonna go try sleep! bye tc

Yay!! An update after a loooong time. I’m glad you had an awesome break:)
I think a lot of us are like you about maintaining diaries/journals. I think so far I’ve started four or five journals at various times in my life, updated them religiously for about 1 or 2 months and then slowly forgot about them.

Haha, I wouldn’t really blame you. =p Infact, whenever I’ve thought of keeping a journal (long back) , I remember managing to write an entry or two, and then stopping only to return months back to tear the written pages off. =p However, its really nice of you to write to us. It is a BIG DEAL for must of us, I’m sure. =) — “You made my day, Yayy! =D”
About our country matters and government, well, it couldn’t get any further complicated =S ! Aur jaahan tak umeed ki baat hai, umeed hi pe Pakistan kaeem hai, hamesha se, aur shayad hamesha hi..
Wait, what?! Did you just say Dubai?! =0 When, where? How could I miss that? (Darn *_* !!) - lol, jk. Chalo I’m glad you had a good time, non-stop ‘funning’ (?) =p You must have found quite many changes around. I just can’t wait for the metrotrain system. The Sheikh’s are working just too hard to make Dubai a much cooler and happening place - hats off to them. However, on the general, the rising prices (inflation) are a bit too troubling. I think I should start doing some part-time jobs. =/
On that note, its beeeen a reallllyy long time since you had a proper concert in Dubai. None after your second album’s release, infact ! Hoping to get an opportunity to attend one real soon. =) [&&] before your third album’s release *wink - Haha!
Don’t know about the rest, but I definitely do. Just can’t sleep early (too much keeps going on in my mind) - plus with board exams nearing, nights are the best time to study, atleast for me! =)

yes it has been an extremely long time.. i actually was a diary writer myself … until my siblings were so keen on stealing and reading it.. i stopped. But it’s good to hear from you again.
First of all, i would like to CONGRATULATE you on your engagement with ur dear fiancee Ayesha. Though it was a shock, but i am greatly happy for you and hope that only happiness comes both of your ways. A special prayer for you, since there are alot of marriages that result in quick divorces nowadays…(my marriage at the age of 16 and now divorce itself even though im only 20) so i pray you are eternally happy with your new wife-to-be and may Allah shower his blessings on you both.
i am glad you’ve been vacationing.. and i cant wait till you return to toronto and give us another smashing performance.. like last time in wonderland.. i’ll try my best to get the front row seat once again.
As for sleep, i think everyone in this age range nowadays is up all night. I think thats what hard studying makes of us. lol.. for you.. work.
Anyways… it was extremely nice to hear from you.. i was constantly checking back again and again.. to see if you had updated your blog, and finally today i saw wut i was lookin forward too.
My birthday is on the 15th of April.. turnin 21… life passes by so fast…
I hope you an amazing time makin ur new album.. and cant wait to hear it.. you kno what.. since hip hop now adays is so in style.. maybe you could do something along those lines.. but other than that.. no matter what .. ur songs are always amazing.. no butterin up intended… jus straight forward..

Wow, it has been quite some time to read a post from you.
It’s nice to read that you had a holiday, hope it was everything you expected it to be and more…
Like the collection of films you watched, I LOVE Fight Club and Blow (Johnny Depp being awesome as usual) and Edward Norton is one of my favourite actors. Lol
On this suggestion part for your new album, try to make a space/cowboy influenced track, right, sound crazy? I’ve been listening to too much ‘Muse’, the song is ‘Knights Of Cydonia’ if you have no clue what I am on about. Do give Muse a listen, you may come across something you like… Try some proper hard rock tune, on the verge of Metal maybe.
Fix your sleep routine because mine is also messed up so I know how mad it is, lol.

As brother u mentioned in ur blog ny suggestions so i would like to say…… produce good healthy (thoughts) music (it doesn’t mean to add some food nutrition in it ……..lol)for pakistani youth….coz u know youth has much association wid music especially wid da pop music….and it impact their lifestyle….their thinking..i think u can understand it…….(now it become a grandma kinda advice….hehehe…)its better 4 me to end now

heyy long time lol ive tried keeeping a diarry myself but i think its sumthing manys of us find difficult!! anyway i know this really good way to keep memories but i guess its sumthing u would find difficult! u know how in school we write notes to one nanother cuz the teacher wouldnt let us talk? one of my friends kept them from wen we were in year 5 (im in year 10 now) and we were lookinh back at them and it was so hilarious. i cant believe we thought of such immature things back then!!! since u went to dubai i just wanted to tell u that i live in bahrain!! hoped u stopped by here atleast for the F1 =[
